History

Bayside Electric Supply is a Local, Family-Owned, full line wholesale electrical distributor & lighting showroom that was started back in 1990 by William D. Bridges, Jr. (Bill) and his family in the beautiful, historic, coastal community of Wilmington, NC.

Today

Today, Bayside is operated by Bill’s two sons, Will & Chad Bridges, plus an expert team of knowledgeable dedicated employees. Bayside has been proudly supplying residential and commercial electrical contractors, builders, homeowners, architects, interior designers, marinas, and RV parks on the Cape Fear Coast since 1990.

Locations

Bayside has three storefront locations plus a fleet of delivery vehicles to supply all of New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Duplin, and Onslow Counties in Southeastern NC with Fast Free Daily Delivery Service.

Of course, our lighting consultants are always here to help you Monday thru Friday 8AM – 5PM. Bayside supports our local construction industry and we are proud members of CBUSA, the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association, the Brunswick County Home Builders Association, and the Cape Fear Electrical Contractors Association.  We are also active members of Affiliated Distributors (AD) and Lighting One buying cooperatives to ensure that we have the most competitive prices available anywhere plus many unique and exclusive lighting fixtures on display.
